Drosera tokaiensis

$ 10.00

Originally a stowaway in a pot of utricularia I bought. Can be grown as both a perennial or annual. Be careful, these things like to spread. I've had them in a large 2'x3' tub outside in Oklahoma and just let them do their own thing. Besides harvesting them to sell, I don't touch them lol. They've survived +105° heat and, at least in seed form, have survived a week long stint of 5°F Highs. In my conditions they are annuals. Each year about ~250 sprout, reach the size of a quarter by around April, and last basically until sustained freezing temperatures. Flowers tend to happen more in the spring and fall, but even now in 100° weather as I write this I have active stalks making tiny, cute, pink flowers. If you want something easy, this is it.
